Hey r/SaaS! I'm a solo founder from Italy. I built GusTap (gustap.it) — a free digital menu platform for restaurants. **The problem:** Most digital menu services in Italy charge €25-30/month with setup fees, have basic designs, and zero allergen management. **What I built:** * Restaurants sign up, add their dishes, get a QR code — all in 15 minutes * Interactive allergen filter for all 14 EU allergens (no competitor does this) * Automatic translations in Italian, English, German * Modern mobile-first design (not the usual ugly template) * Self-service admin panel — the owner never talks to me **Business model:** Freemium. Free plan with ads, Pro (€9.99/mo) removes ads + premium themes + verified badge, Pro+ (€19.99/mo) adds analytics dashboard + custom logo. **Tech stack:** HTML/CSS/JS, Firebase, Netlify, Gumroad. Infrastructure cost: €0. I'm pre-launch, about to go door-to-door to local restaurants this week. Would love any feedback on the product or growth strategy!
