For the past 1-2 weeks I have been absolutely locked in. Previously, back in Jan-February I had an idea which I thought was the one that makes me the first billionaire in the bloodline. Long story short, I spent 60 hours of my time every day after school building and optimizing an EdTech platform that solved a problem no one faced. Talked to a few connections I have in the startup world, and they said this is perfectly normal, and that I was actually lucky to figure out my idea was a bust only 60 hours in. "Most founders realize this after 6 months." This gave me a sense of ease; knowing I wasn't the only one struggling. My next immediate step was to pivot to a new idea, but this time, I gain feedback and validation before building. After some more research, I realized this was what I should've done in the first place, but at least I know now. That weekend I was struggling, confused, and stuck.
