50 sign-ups in 7 days. First time I've ever hit a milestone that actually meant something for this particular project. What changed? Stopped chasing trash traffic. Started going directly to people who actually needed what I built. Then figured out how to [automate](https://threadhunter.net) the whole thing - now marketing takes me 30 min a day instead of hours. But there is still no paid subscriptions - not gonna pretend otherwise. But a week ago I had nobody. Now I have 50 real users. That's the win I'm holding onto. if I hit 100 sign-ups with zero sales - I'm rethinking pricing or adding a free trial. Builders: stop sleeping on Reddit. The leads are sitting right there.
