I’m a technical guy by trade. I build complex backend services and spend my days in a customer focused role in martech. I've been bootstrapping a side project called Cordially Wed, which is basically a digital wallet pass and push notification system for day-of wedding logistics. When it came time to price it, I defaulted to the standard SaaS playbook: free tier for a small number of users, maybe $49 for up to 100 guests, and a higher tier for massive weddings.
