Product: AI medical scribe for Indian-language consultations. Records audio → separates doctor/patient voice → transcribes in Indic language → generates English SOAP notes. Working prototype. ICP: Private clinic doctors and mid-size hospitals in India. Wedge → Expansion thesis: Scribe solves an acute daily pain (2–3hrs of documentation/day). Gets us into the workflow. But the transcript we generate is a goldmine.
