I’m a solo founder and recently launched a B2B proposal tool I’ve been building since the start of this year. It’s similar to PandaDoc for sending, tracking, and e-sign, but it generates proposals directly from discovery calls. I built it for agency owners who spend hours writing proposals and often send them days after the call. Right now I have around 10 users, mostly from cold email and LinkedIn. I’ve been doing cold outreach for about 2 months, and while I’ve gotten a few leads, nothing really consistent yet. It also feels like established tools already dominate SEO, so I’m not sure that’s a channel I can realistically win in right now. I’m wondering if I should double down on a different channel, or try something completely different. Would really appreciate advice from founders who’ve grown B2B tools. Thanks in advance!
