I am in the process of hiring a tech consulting firm for system review, and after my call today, they mentioned they will need access to my repositories. They have a developer team onshore and offshore. Product execution is key; it's a high-level implementation. Should I let these people just get full access? I don't use NDAs. The company itself doesn't have to steal code, but I know that anyone with access to intellectual property who wants to steal it will be very careful. Anyway, please, if you were in my shoes, would you grant them full access?
